I took the time to find files for my side project. i had requested them in the request thread but i found them nonetheless!

due to my rediscovery of my childhood (yet im 16), i HAD to do at least one of them!!
@HaloGoddess i tried the health pack file.... DONT OPEN IT! it will make the pep program open and close and you cant stop it unless you log out... well, back to the drawing board then.

finished the second mask mask of life is going to be a big pain.

well, looks like im triple posting. and as promised, pictures are here!

also, thr recon chest in the 5th pic is slightly too big aby a few mm. i ned to reprint it and make it to the right size.

i was thinking about making it so instead of it being hollow between the chest armor and the recon chest, maybe filing it wit an easy to sand filler and shape it to perfectly lay against it and hold with 2 magnets and 2 clips on the sides.

i also learned to never have the enter of the front of the torso as the last pieces. it was aweful...

due to my impeckable skill of failing, i printed off the recon chest again to resize it and( same size as chest) it was the exact same size as before. so i must go do it again. i am also working on an EOD chest. and the forearms are ready for resin.
current step:
need to resin the forearms, right shin and my other mask of light.
need to buy more cardstock
need to buy fibreglass
need to buy bodyfiller
going to use my last 4 sheets to build the handplates

school starts on the 14th so i wont have much time to work anymore.
still have not been employed yet :-:

I didn't think you could scale with the pep viewer. I thought you had to use the designer ( or at least it should give you more success if you used it).

you cant. i was using viewer. now im on designer. i somehow scalled the recon chest ot the same size as before. so ill have to reprint it again.

ok cool. Im guessing you already bought the designer then? If you didn't, you probably can edit but not save. I bought it so I could help if you need it.

I didnt buy it, i pretty much am set as far as files and stuff go, its just getting the money to fund the build is my issue.

I think you can do all of the things in pepakura Designer even in the free version. I think the only difference is you have to pay for it to SAVE your changes. Otherwise I believe you can edit anything (just not save it) and then print those edits.

I think that was very nice of the makers of pepakura. At least if you don't buy it you can still make some edits just not saves.

Woah, what happened while I was gone... The problem with scaling was fixed a while ago, I was accidentally using the viewer. but it was fixed.

Yep, ill be getting more stuff put up once I get the money for bodyfiller. School starts tomorrow, so ill be having less time to work.

well, first day is over, my drafting teacher has a 3d printer and if its fixed this year, i could print off a helmet using it.
