Working with cardboard first as a test run. Not a bad a idea!

Yep I think that by doing a cardboard version first, it really helped me to create the correct feel of the helmet
without having to worry too much about the overall neatness due to knowing I had to rebuild it anyway.
The only downside is I will never wear it in public ( unless I did it as a bobblehead spartan
)
One more small update today:
Stage 3: Finalise my templates and adjust the size is now Complete!
I have decided to go with 80% reduced template size.
I was originally going to go with 70% but I felt the visor was starting to get too small.
Worse comes to worse if it ends up still too large I will have to make one at about 75% (Fingers crossed its the right size)
