OK so i'm going to do this finally. I started close to 6 months ago and just stopped after moving into a new apt and now i have plenty of free time to start this endeavor again.
This is not the first build i have attempted, i hope this to be the first completion.

I decided to start simple and go for a foam ODST build because I already had the arm pieces done to my liking.

Right now i'm having trouble finding a good shin foam file to work with and i'm also researching how one goes about finishing foam. ( plasti dip paint ect )

Nice, best of luck. And I have a friend that may be able to help with your paint question, standby and I'll send another message when I find out

Woo, I just made my foam ODST gauntlets. Can't wait to see how your suit turns out. :)

those look sick! still can't rap my head around how foam projects always look so good!

Thank's for all the posts guys and Artifice thank you for looking into the pep file form me, i have still been searching for one that still has decent detail but is compatible with foam. I didn't want to go for the older version "Shin in a box" design that can be found on some you tube ODST builds.

To answer your under suit question: I used cargo pants(black military style) and a Combat Shirt as mine. They worked well for me. Ill provide links below

Shirt: http://www.amazon.com/BLACK-COMBAT-...1406899337&sr=8-1&keywords=combat+shirt+black
It breaths very well, and for me didnt interfere with my armor pieces while also adding to the High speed look of the ODST

Pants: http://www.amazon.com/Uf-Bdu-Pant-B...UTF8&qid=1406899485&sr=8-2&keywords=bdu+pants
When tucked in the boots I felt these to be a good option.

Hope that helps, Obviously Im new to the forum but this is what I used at a con back in June.

Edit: Also these are the style of things I used not the exact Products as I got my under stuff from a local Airsoft store.

Thanks. I have only a few pieces left and have moved onto plasti dipping what i have done. Things seem to be going well so far.

Quick text update, my computer died a few days ago and i just got replacement parts in and set up. I'm still working on the project and have several pieces plasti dipped and black spray painted next picture update might be sometime around Monday.

Looking very awesome :)
