Viruses in 4shared

I keep trying to download pep files for odst armour on 4shared but it just gives me viruses! Please help!:confused

Are you clicking the right download link? I know there are a few of them that trick you into clicking them.

Checked for myself - Guess 4shared isn't as bad as I remember. There is a pop up when I click the download button but it doesn't contain a virus. I don't use the app.

first join 4share, its for free or just login with your facebook account. here are the two download buttons you want to click on...

He pretty much nailed it ^^ but to add: if youre ever skeptical then right click and pick save target as. If it shows up as an html document its usually a link to some other crap. If it says zip or other file extension just read the save name. Usually it will say the name of the file you are downloading I.e. elite_body.pdo = good.....web_downloader.zip=some stupid browser add on or adware.
