Foam Destiny hunter for PAX Prime

So I started hyabusa armor awhile ago with pep and I never finished... But I'm very determined this time around!
I hope to finish for PAX Prim in 2 weeks, if not then for the release

I'm Basing my armor off the Exodus hunter armor (except the helmet)

enough talking heres my progress picks



I have the base done and working on details.
Also having some trouble with my custom visor im trying to make, might have to buy some goggles

Pax prime seems like a really tight deadline to me. Maybe if you don't sleep...

so I feel in done with the helm until I get the visor figured out and the painting

Don't worry, it expands when people click on it. Haven't seen too many builds get to that point yet, but ski goggles seem to be a popular choice for Hunter visors.

UPDATE
sorry I haven't posted I have a wedding to help with and go to so I lost 36 hours there.

This is the progress I've made on my chest plate

Yes its a female chest plate. I figured since I always make female characters in-game it would be fun to make my armor more like what I play. hopefully that's not to strange

so I'm still adding the detail just got the base shape

I was debating doing that myself, don't think it's too strange. I want to wear mine around some friends who probably wouldn't dig that as much though, so...

I have to make my girlfriends suit as well (no helm though thanks goodness)


she is working on the cape tonight and next few days

been a while but I made a lot of progress

I finished my Helmet, chest, arms, shoulder and knees. Also pretty close on belt and ab plate


Still waiting on boots to come in, should be here tomorrow.

Edit: My cape is being worked on at my GF's house, its all starting to come together

The helmet looks pretty big compared to the rest of the armor, but still looks good.

Thank you and yeah I used pretty thick foam cause it was all I could find at the time :/ I don't have time to redo it now but I plan to in the future.

Welp tomorrow (well today since its 12:22am) is PAX, AND IM READY! I finished one time, my suit, gf's suit and friends helmet. IN 2 WEEKS. never used foam before so I have to say im pretty proud of myself :3

I made the Bravo banner in the last 3 hours, my hunter friend has an alpha banner so its gonna be pretty epic

I will post what picture I get at pax of all of us
