Armor is looking great BMP, i do have a question though for ya, and maybe i missed it. If i did i am sorry. But how did you get that curve on the forearms? The one by your hand
Is it simply just cut out after you put them together?

Mstruvmgc - yes, I just cut a stencil, draw it on the piece, and cut it out on an extreme angle to get the tapered look. It still needs to be sanded with the dremel though, its sloppy at the moment.

Ah okay sounds good
Is there any way you could possibly show us how you go about using the dremel to sand it? or maybe explain if you cant show?
Just curious, as i would like to learn the process. Thanks in advance even if you cant.

Got everything plasti-dipped so far, I hope to have the base coats painted tonight. I also started drawing the thighs, those are going to be tough, so many curves...pics later

alright, big day, Built the thighs, which i think came out AWESOME! Also sealed, primed, and laid on a base coat on everything built so far. I just need to round off all the edges on the thighs and then its on to the shins. I cant believe how fast I built this, it took me like a year and a half to build my first suit, then four months to build my Chief suit, now I'm about 3 weeks in on this build and coming to an end (she doesn't want a helmet...i might build one anyway...).

we did a test fitting last night, had to resize the thighs a bit, but that will be done today. everything else is spot on. Look how happy she is! will work on the shins and boots starting tonight, as well as some detail painting.

BIG update coming soon, the suit is pretty much done, just working on the undersuit/soft armor parts. She doesn't want me to post any more pics until we do a legit photo shoot reveal. I am extremely happy how everything came out though...
