ODST visor help

I'm doing a foam ODST build and am trying to figure out how to make the visor of my helmet. I have read the one plastic sheets and vacuum forming and neither of them seam do able at the tie. What i do have is an old motorcycle visor and was wondering if anyone knew how to make the visor look proper

you can use mica and cut it just like odst visor, then, watch this video

and u will know how to make it looks like game play

mica huh there's a place near by where you can find layers of it.

I am confused. Whats an Ironman helmet got to do with making a visor? 0_o

I'm with you the Thermal form is a great idea thought but right now i was hoping that someone knew how to get the visor i have to look like a ODST visor
