Halo 3 Recon

I got this months GameInformer and on one of the pages it shows the armor from Halo 2, Halo 3,and Halo 3 Recon. I showed it to alot of my friends and they some said it was cool and some didn't like it. What i want to know is what's the difference about it. I dont see why the "Recon" armor is so much cooler that Halo 3 armor.What do you think?

I have that issue too, I looked at the H3 ODST, and it looks like the visor was photoshopped to be more blue, because I saw them in game, and they look exactly the same as recon.
The real differences are the gloves, and a few minor details.
