Cog Armour help

Hey guys.
Its my first set of armour time and im afta some Pepakura links for Gears of war Cog armour.

dose anyone have any?

ive done abit of looking around but cant find many links still live.

im after Phenix's armour and a lancer..
something simple for my first attempt

lol the lancer is ungodly hard.

where can i get the PDO file for this armor i just get pop ups and other things on all links?
