I've recently edited a model supplied by Nintendude to have a bit more detail and to make it easier to pep.

Here's what I have.

Helmet:

Chest:

I've simplified the collars as much as possible without altering the overall look.

Shoulder & Bicep:

There are two separate pieces that overlap when worn.

Forearm:

Hand plate:

The flange rests toward the wrist.

Great work there Klunk, sorry the files won't be too useful for you but I think if you printed out only the parts for the raised band around the chest you should be able to just attach it to yours and have the same detail.
Just keep checking the thread until there is an unfold.

Has anyone come up with Mass Effect suits other than this one? I am having a hard time finding complete sets of files for Mass Effect. Anything that you have would be awesome.

Hey there! I tried downloading your files, but I have two things, can someone tell me which program to run them with, other wise, can you PM me a pep file for the chestplate? on a last resort, please put them up on the ware house at least.

You run the files with pepakura viewer or pepakura designer.
