Skyrim Pepakura Files

Thanks man I really appreciate it. We are working on 4 sets of armor for an upcoming event in September so I will try to post pics of our progress. I need a little advice though. My wife is currently pregnant but still wants a costume. Anyone have any ideas that would work?

I have been having bad luck with my health for the last few months, so crafting has been slower than we would liked. The Upside is that i have been playing skyrim a lot lately and my hubby is playing as well.
We both payed the other elder scroll games, but kinda forgot about skyrim til now. We have made the orcish battlea xe and are working on the steel sword. We also figured out how to convert these pep files into patterns suitable for foam, and we will be trying that method for the steel daggers and the female iron helmet. I will probably remake the steel sword in the future as this one is kinda ratoated a bit, but we're almost finished. Also i could imagine that if i was a smith student in skyrim and i would make my first not to bad sword, i would tote it around. That is how we're aprouching this cosplay anyway, like we're in the wrold of skyrim, so i won't make the excact same clothing as in the game, it is al based on what i see in game. The weapons wil be as close, but with individual touches trown in. We're defenitely having a blast with this combi of playing the game and cosplaying it.So thank you again for the pep files and making my cosplay life a whole lot easier.

Hey guys just wanted to give an update. Today we finished and reinforced two swords. The ebony and daedric. We are working on the helms now. I took some pics through the process but I'm not sure how to post them on here.

Ok we finished the pep on both helms and are gonna resin tonight. Does anyone have the ebony shield file? I can't seem to find it anywhere. And just want to say thanks again to zombie for the files. They are coming out great!

Nice work on the pep's but i am in the middle of retexturing the dragonscale so if anyone wants a texture added let me know. and plus the dragonscale male torso isnt working

Hi zombiegrimm! I love this forum so much and I wanted to request something...

The draugr deathlord helmet, similar to the Helm of Yngol but with different length horns. I have tried to work from the Helm of Yngol pepakura but now I'm stuck. Please help?

I LOVE YOUR WORK! Many cosplayers would be more than screwed if we didn't have this forum, so thank you x

hi zombiegrimm

Really amazing work!
Im making the dragon skull and in the pg 41, on the 2 central pieces, it happened to be self oberlayed on numbers 20 and 487, and they not simetric (they both are on diferent spots of the pieces).

I will try to take a photo and then send in a post.

Can you please help me out fixing these 2 spots? *.*

Tnx

Looking for a set of steel armor - male did a search and went through the entire thread if it's there I've over looked it and my apologies. Anyone have the pep file? Or a pdf pattern anything will help

Heyo all!

THIS THREAD IS PHENOMENAL.
Truly a hallmark (from what I've seen) in the pepakura community!
zombiegrimm, you sir, are absolutely amazing! I am at a lack for word to say how thankful I am for all the work you've done, all the files you've shared. Thank you, sincerely.

That being said! I grabbed a TON of files going back, and hope to post updates as I attempt to replicate them!
In my search, I did notice that some of the Ebony and Nord Plate files had a bad link. I didn't see anyone else pointing this out, but to be fair I was skimming.

Love this thread! You are all Awesome!

While looking at the files on the first post I have notices that a lot of the links are no longer working and that there is no file attached to the link, if they are still available for download, also I have noticed that there is no file for the daedric shield?

Hello once again Skyrim fans.

I'm having some huge personal problems that I'm dealing with. The medicine they have me on is really messing with my senses. Hopefully this will work itself out soon enough. In the meantime, I try to keep most of the links active, but they do sometimes just shut down. I can go in and manually address this, but I need a list. If that doesn't work, I try to keep my DeviantArt page updated. Here is the link for that:

If you can't find it there, contact me through here and I can make the file available.

hi am new to this and i wanted to ask how the hell can i open the link. i have a 4share account and i cant get it to open.

Never had any trouble opening it to be honest - maybe it helps if you log in first at 4share and *then* click on the link provided here?

Zombie, hope your health will improve and you get those meds sorted out. It sucks that you are having to deal with that and I hope you will feel better soon.

Me, I've ben busy lately but not with crafting - last weekend I finally managed to paint my Spriggan (it's currently sitting in the garage drying) - but mosty I took some time off from crafting to actually play. I will post pictures once I finish the strapping.

Other than that I got really into ESO and while I did not plan to start any new projects too soon that lasted until I stumbled over the Molag Kena set. (http://eso-fashion.com/molag-kena/)

Too bad there are no files for the Elder Scrolls online - or at least I haven't found any, because that is a helmet/shoulder I wouldn't mind adding to my collection. The SHoulder would probably not so difficult to create a template for but the helmet... mmmmh... Jagged crown base... with spikes and horns...?

Anyone else here who discovered some neat armor in ESO?

Has anyone used these files as a template to rivet armor together out of steel or aluminum sheet metal? I've been thinking about it, it seems like it should be easy, any tips or thoughts?

It'd take a fair amount of rearranging to make that work. Far as I know, steel armor templates are usually one-piece. Like I think it can be done if you're willing to take the time to "stitch" the 2D pepakura pattern together. and for the more complex armors like Daedric, it'd be a lot harder. I'd recommend steel over aluminum for costs reasons, but then again aluminum would be lighter. I've given thought to attempting sth along those lines myself but am still learning basic metalworking skills. Check out Sandbaggers Iron man thread, his is made from steel based on the pepakura files for that.

Hello once again Skyrim fans! Sorry for being absent for awhile, I was dealing with personal problems. But, I have managed to get these files ready for download! I also thank everyone for their patience, and for keeping this thread alive in my absence. I do this for you guys, and I truly enjoy watching what you create. I take pride in the Skyrim cosplay community! Anywho, enjoy the files, and as always make sure to scale them to yourselves before printing!

Zombie, your work is awesome. As soon as i finish my halo suit i plan to make one of these. I haven't decided which one though. Kinda leaning toward the skyrim bone armor. Thank you for all of your contributions.
