Oh good! I'm making the same armour from pep. It's good to be able to see someone else's progress doing the same thing.
I love your idea with the sticks. I've now used sticks on my pep work to stabilize it before resin

Yeah, I ended up scraping it because It was much too small. I found that it was too small compared to the helmet. Also decided not to cut the torso in half till after atleast the rondo stage. Those bottom parts warped very quickly.

I'm a little nervous that my torso is too small. I have pepped the 2 piece version. I guess I'll find out if it's alright when I pep the helmet. The woes of having a tiny frame trying to fit in a "muscle" costume

I may or may not be Rebuilding the suit Completely out of foam. Just saying.
