They they are! Looks stellar for a scratch build. Maybe I should do the same with my arms... it's hard to make arm pieces come out right on paper, no pun intended

Actually scratch building is not that hard when you get a bit used to it plus the whole piece would be way better, wont´t deform so easily and you don´t have to use that much fiberglass too. And yeah... it is hard to get the righ size. xd

Update no.40
A quick update on the forearms. They´re finished! xD So with this I have every part of the armor, so the only thing now that remains is the sniper rifle. I will be working on it but I want to concentrate more on the armor plus I can´t start working on the undersuit till I have some of them or well the ones that I think are "important" finished. Anyway that is all for today... Enjoy!

Update no.41
It is time for a BIG update! The torso is FINISHED or well partially xD Oh and of course some pictures from my fitting test. It fits pretty good actually. Next the forearms are coated with two layers of resin and I added on the left thigh some kind of pistol holder and yeah it is still not finished. And I have been working on the finger pieces pretty much on glueing together velcro and the pieces. That is all for today... ENJOY!

After a while it is time to post an update! I was working my butt off but dang there is still much to do... anyway first off let´s start with the sniper rifle. I started adding the details on it using cardboard but some will be added later with bondo but hey! It is coming along nicely! Then I moved on to fiberglass both of the forearms so basically these were the last parts I had to feberglass! *woohoo! Then it was just doing bondo work and painting. And lastly I have finished the gloves - I added the finger pieces using velcro. Well I still have to fix them at some places but they are 90% done. So I guess that is all.. Enjoy!

Update time again! As you can see on the pictures below I managed to finish a few more armor parts so with that I got a bit closer to completing my armor. Of course I was working on other parts too on which I managed to complete the bondo stage so now it is time to paint them. OC = Original character. It's mentioned heavily in fanfiction groups, but I see it in a different light because the Halo creators make it so easy to personalize your Spartan and actually incorporated each player into the 343 story arc. It's great
I just wanted to point out that your battle damage is super crazy compared to the usual minor paint scratch others have
Your armor is coming together, and updates are regularly posted and keeps the build alive which is important. Many builds go unfinished or on hiatus which is a shame so it's good to see someone pulling through

It´s update time again! But before I say what things I did, I want to say I want to keep this short, because I´am frickin exhausted. Soooo.... I finished a few parts and the "body" of the sniper rifle. That´s all. xd Now let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy!

A batch of new pictures incoming! xd First off let´s start with something small. So I finished a few more armor parts - 2 thigh parts, 4 shin parts and the 2 hip plates. I´am currently working on the rest of them plus the thighs are almost done. Next I made a knife sheath since I don´t have the ability to materialise a knife in my hand like the spartans do. It´s nothing special but it will do its job. of course it is already coated with two layers of fiberglass... yeah I did not applied any resin before that. *Experiment* And finally here´s the big news! I FINISHED THE SNIPER RIFLE! ....not completely since there is still the bondo stage and painting. xd Anyway it´s big and heavy but it is the most badass thing I have ever made! Enjoy the pictures!
