I found an embroider on etsy that did custom sizes. the vest comes with velcro strips already on it so I ironed on matching on the patch

So I am at megacon. I have pretty much finished this build. I'm Happy with the reaction I have received from the people here. I thought I would share a few pictures from here. I don't know who the spartan That is is the first picture If Its you it was nice meeting you.

The ODST build looks awesome and looks like you're having a great time! We should meet up for the next con that comes around Tampa/Orlando.

Thank you I was half expecting to spend most of the nights there repairing random stuff because how bad the first run went back last July. Minus some minor hot glue popping off It was a good run break in.

After all this time I am back. In the recent months I have revamped my ODST and a few things might be added so this thread is coming back from death. I have gone away from the tactical vest and Made the chest piece. I have redone the shins more correctly scaled and out of foam instead of pep. Also sanded down the helmet and biceps cleaned a few things up and repainted I hope you all enjoy.
