Greetings and slow mutations, readers!

This is the WIP for a Halo 3 Mjolnir Mk VI build. It isn’t for me, but is for a friend who is commissioning it from me. Basically, this project will help to fund the armor my wife and I want. But, that’s beside the point.

This will be just the standard Mk VI armor, but will be blue with black secondary and a black visor. I’m using the Robogenesis hands, shoulders, and boots; Crackhead09 thighs, waist, and shins; Nugget forearms; and Flyingsquirrel chest. I don’t know who made the helmet, but it definitely wasn’t me.

I resized all of the parts from 1 to 4 October and printed them all out today. So far, I have also cut out the left hand and put it together. It’s a little bit sloppy around the top, but nothing that can’t be fixed with the detail phase. Also, I tried to do something different with the holes and it didn’t work out. The right should be better. The tolerance is set for 160, so I'll probably raise it a little for the next set I make. Oh, the glue I am using is Loctite gel control superglue.

Both hands are now done. I thought that the tolerance would make this slightly harder, but instead it is making less work later. I don't need to do much to clean up the part and have very few edges to sand down.

Also, excuse the offset ink on the one piece. I had to clean up a couple of things before I cut it and it offset a little.

Those handplates are looking pretty good. Does this mean that most of your efforts will be focused on this project? I sure will miss those updates on your Mark IV build.

I'm still doing the unfolds on the Mk IV, but mostly when I have my morning chai. But, for now, since I have a request to try and get this finished before Halo-ween, I plan to focus on this.

Speaking of which... Halfway done with the left shoulder... and I hate the trench!!!!!!!!!!!

So, I have to re-unfold the shoulders. Unfortunately, the way I did the front pieces (and some of the edges), it is full of more holes than swiss cheese.
