Need super easy mold for vacuuming forming the visor? Halo-ween rush!

This is my first build. Doing MJOLNIR MK VI suit. I have access to an industrial vacuum former next week for a little bit. It will be my first time using it. I need a really easy way to make a mold for the vacuum formed visor that will take minimal time/effort.I have to sand down and paint all my other pieces before Halloween and would like to focus on that. Any other tips with vacuum forming will be nice as well. I plan on remaking the visor after the Halloween rush. Trying to finish my costume before Halloween so I'm skipping outer bondo on the pieces too, but will go back to finish the entire costume.

Keep a heat gun handy just incase. Granted it is industrial but back up is always good.

Stony Props. Look them up on facebook. They sell a one way visor material in 5 or 6 different colors. It's simalar to cards tick paper in thickness and it's incredibly cheap. $20 per sheet, which are a good size.
