But seriously, fantastic work and I'd love to hear a bit about your process/tools. Looking to incorporate some foam parts into my next build and I have virtually no experience with them.

Darn it you are good. How I wish I could start a second set of armor. Fortunately, but unfortunately college gets in the way. Even so, I'll continue to look forward to your awesome armor sets.

Unbelievable work you're doing here!
I just can't get over how nice the default color of the foam looks, and the detail.

So thats what a foam template looks like? I should have learned more about them sooner. I'll probably have to model a few of them in the future.

Is the white craft foam?

Master Builder that's what my foam templates look like at least lol . The white foam is 5mm craft foam

Got most of the Undersuit parts casted and finished today. I'm so happy how the undersuit project turned out. Complete success.

Well, sir, you have just won yourself a subscriber!
I really want to try a halo 4 build of my own spartan with foam but I'm having trouble with the process. I can't for the life of me grasp how you and several others are able to sketch out the template just by looking at reference photos. That's purely amazing.
What are you using to cut your foam? I use a hot knife but I feel like it makes weird burns sometimes.
I can't wait to see more work!

Hey Chefbzd I haven't made a full suit of armor my self, but can you tell me at all when you are wearing the shoulder pieces. Because they are wrapped around your arm does it bother your rib cage at all?
