Update! This is where it starts to get exciting for me, in my eyes, it is no longer foam...it's armor.
Pardon the model, my son is much smaller than the client haha. Looks just like me though, lucky devil...

So do you seal your foam before painting or do you just throw paint on it??

What you see on the undersuit is just glue marks for now, as a reference for when I sew the actual undersuit parts to the body suit.

Wow! That turned out really nice! I really like how that paint has that metaly shine to it, I haven't see that before on foam. This really has to be some of the best foam work yet!
