I started this build about 3 years ago, took a lot of time, but I think all the efforts and work time worth it.
Used the pepakura method, with fiberglass and resin, car body filler for smoothing the surface.
For the movable parts I used poly-foam (here in Hungary the EVA-foam is not a cheap thing...), used staprs, velcro tapes for the fastening.

Most of the built time spent on the helmet, I tried to make it exact like in the game, as much as possible.

Measure the parts is really important to wear the armor comfortable.

For the best effect I used blue LED ligths.

And slowly maded all the smaller parts, abs, shins, the paintjob, etc...

3 years! To be honest I think it was well worth it! If I'm not mistaken most of the reach armors are done with foam. The paint job you've done is killer! Really makes your armor pop, and congrats on your finished armor! Hope to see more from you in the future.
