I started this build about 3 years ago, took a lot of time, but I think all the efforts and work time worth it.
Used the pepakura method, with fiberglass and resin, car body filler for smoothing the surface.
For the movable parts I used poly-foam (here in Hungary the EVA-foam is not a cheap thing...), used staprs, velcro tapes for the fastening.
Most of the built time spent on the helmet, I tried to make it exact like in the game, as much as possible.
Measure the parts is really important to wear the armor comfortable.
For the best effect I used blue LED ligths.
And slowly maded all the smaller parts, abs, shins, the paintjob, etc...
