lighting?

just started a fallout desert ranger cost. and was wondering how to make the eyes glow?. LED strips are way too bright and bulky to fit in where I want to put them. help?

You might be able to sufficently edge light with a single LED, or try EL sheet. It's difficult to get the whole lens to light up without compromising your ability to see, however.

trying EL wire along the edges and a dual layer lens combo. thanks though!

just point of interest here, finished the resin/ fiberglassing process. used fiber joint-tape cause of the looser weave, easier to smush into tight corners. also paper mache'd the interior so no brain killing stink.

try using the tiny le finger lights you can get at dollar general or look for them on amazon there cheaper but they use up button batterys like crazy and often if you order some only 3/4 of them will work and about 2/3 of those shine bright the red ones look cool on a wind up boat going across a pond at night
