not really a thread but just figured i'd put this out there, when using bondo resin/hardener, if u add too much hardener to the mixture not only do you run the risk of the whole thing solidifying around your brush but also the **** might catch on fire, especially when working in direct sunlight. you've been warned. bye now!
 
That's because it's an exothermic reaction. When the bondo and hardener is mixed together heat is released. The more reagent you add to the mixture the more thermal energy is released. Which means if you can get it to reach its flash point it will deffinetly catch fire.
 
all the 2 part glues and epoxys ive used get warm. Infact the C/A glue and activator can burn paper! . the thin stuff Really smokes ! .
