I suggest finding a low detail model, but what exactly are you interested in? Do you want MJOLNIR, or more covenant, or something besides halo? You didn't exactly specify.
Try making a UNSC health pack it's a quick an easy build that can be finished in a few hours. Plus if you print out a already textured model you really don't have to paint it.
