OK more bondo and sanding

and primer

Next is the upper area with shot counter and blocks.

My thought is to make it via layers of foam core then a layer of bondo

I kept the rails on sides the blaster so I can add stuff to it later .

Here is where I am at with the AR

In CAD right now. Ill have a add on for the uppers. Its 3D printable . I may print it . we will see.
at the very least I can make it to a pep! . Ive got some 2mm ABS sheet I Can plastic-Pep with that will glue like a dream!

OK the first part printed well! Scale looks good ect

For giggles I installed cortana android beta on my tablet this morning
. works well !
Then I noticed that FRYs had a Tmo MS Lumia 435 for 40 bucks on promo.
Just picked it up.

works well with WiFI as the data backbone.

Ive been really enjoying the mods for the nerf stuff .

OK Ive got the BRs Butt 3/4 parts printed . If all goes as planned the BR will be on the weapon rack by tonight!

OK all the BR parts are done ( in the other thread Ive started more donut stuff)

Ive been filling the butt with foam sealant to make it stiff and light. and Ihave coated the ouside with epoxy so lets see if its strong enough .

the glue is drying . after that sand and paint .

my far right is a AIM9-D half scale sidewinder..
the Oregon ( Beaver bunker buster ) one takes a J-800 the size of 5 soda cans stacked end to end.

Are you referring to HPRs or the the spanker videdo.
To clarify I did not make that spanker in the video.

Really good work with them all. The BR especially looks ***** hot.

I'm currently in the process of remodelling a BB gun into a magnum but just having trouble knowing where to start. The BB gun its self is a pretty basic shape but I really don't have a clue how to redesign it with keeping the moving parts. IMO here is a simple VERY good way to make a BB-magnum with no pep.

# thingverese .
1.5 use CAD to scale a bit if needed . 123D is free.
#2 shapeways . get it printed hollow ! Or find some one with a 3D printer . ABS or nylon .
#3 fill with greatstuff foam
#4 cut parts with a dremel to pluck off what you need as a body kit.....
#5 shape inner foam to fit to the BB gun. Glue it to the gun .

use some filler to make it look good..... Paint and volla

Very clever using 3D parts on nerf guns. It looks like it came out of the package like that , especially the BR! I need to look into 3D printing. Great job so far
