Use the 'EDIT' function to add to a previous post if you've forgotten something that you'd meant to add - double-posting really isn't good forum conduct, and I'm going to have to ask you to remember this in the future. There's no need for it.

As for your question: don't try to make a Pepakura-based undersuit. It'll be almost impossible for you to move around in, and it'll be both difficult to create and uncomfortable to wear. I would recommend trying to find somebody that's handy with a needle and some thread, and asking them if they'd help you with a fabric undersuit. RoxyRoo has a very good thread HERE that you could use to get some ideas.

I want my undersuit pieces to be detatchable, but also movable, like The BRadinaTor's, but I dont know how to craft the hexes on the body suit; and the edit button, my windows wont cooperate with edit

Got 3 small hot glue burns from a 40 volt hot glue ; thin scratch on 1st one, 3rd degree on 2 and 3rd one but still, SO happy bodysuit done-

speaking of which, do you know what happened to Bradinator?

Hooks are probably your best bet, either mounted to your weapon or to the torso.

Magnets seed to be a rising trend, but I'm a little leery of how well they'd hold a larger weapon. I have rare earth magnets in my leg and foam magnum, amd they hold it ok, but any bump at an angle will knock it free.

it helped alot, in the summer, I was like....foams hard the scapbuilds... now im... OMG this is easyer then I thought, I could finish a bodysuit in half an hour!!!(which I did lol)

UPDATE- speaking of which, I havent shown you guys my undersuit yet right? (sorry the pic are blurry cause it was on my chromebook)

ps...holding the codpiece kinda wierd :3 lol

BTW, what armor does spartan lock use in nightfall? I cant tell what armor it is...

BIG UPDATE-

almost done with backside- pictures later (graphics bad, Chromebook cam)
UPDATE- started working on my fiberglass... my respirator was worse then I thought, so I ended up taking longer then I thought...here the finished backside...

and after I sanded, It was 8:00...

and also epoxied the front chest piece( these images aren't cropped )

this is the lights I'm using

and I just finished cutting this...cutting prclin*spelt it wrong suppose to be a china like solid like for hard dolls, something like this

, not I'm not going to recemend using sander tools, but you gotta work with what you have right? Well, here it is -

sigh...all these all-nighters...for a costume-party...I got the thighs and a bicep done...i'll put pics later if I have the time...no, I'm not going to the halo 5 launch... on yeah, sorry for the double post, but-

Primed not painted yet.... only trouble is that the helm wont fit my glasses...

this helm> it won't fit my glasses, and It won't stay still on my head....so i put poly foam on it...

I too have the issue with glasses. If at all possible contacts are a way to go.

Man, your build is coming together, really good. I really like how you are using the Venerator Chest and back piece. I have decided I am going to do Spartan Locke when it's available. this will gimme time to finish my kids helmets. I have found one discrepancy on Spartan Locke in the trailers and some came content pertaining to his helmet. It's the same discrepancy I saw on a build by impact props. I really love those guys work. I just want to know which is correct, know what I mean. See below.....

Thx for the compliment, but here- at first I just thought it was the shadows that made it looks differant . but after looking at some pics, I found several versions

the visor's the only thing thats different, but I'm thinking that the one that is simetrical is it

back to work... I painted the first coat of black paint, and yeah...It took 15 bucks just to bring that down...I spent about 120$ on this so...I think when I'm finished, its gonna be about... 140$...well there is is( wearable parts)

Ps not wearing the helm because It just broke, trying to fix it...

UPDATE- OMG, I totally forgot about the spartan knife at my friend's house, and now, since the knife file was deleted, I'm in such a hurry to get it back...if its still there...
