Upgrading Armor for FanExpo

With FanExpo Canada coming up, I've been working on a few areas of my FUD suit:
- Undersuit Rebuild
- Widening Biceps pieces
- Thickening Calf pieces
- Redo Lighting System
- Add Detail to Gloves
- Lights and Grip for AR and Pistol
- Create Gun Holder for hip/thigh


Undersuit:
In an effort to merge the FUD with the current generation of armor, I decided to model my undersuit after the H4 design.
Bought a padded pants and shirt combo and sewed different pieces to it.



Upper body



I still have pieces to add to the top and then I'll start on the neck/hood.

Biceps: With the added padding and the fact that I didn't like the previous size of my arms, I cut down a seam in the foam and extended it 1".


Gloves: I wanted them to look closer to the H4 gloves with the FUD design still showing. Added grip and protection.




Guns: Plastidipped the handles, added grip bumps and added LEDs to AR display.



I'm still working on the lights on my shoulders, the undersuit and the calf armor. Updates to follow. I have until September 4th.

Back lights and wiring.

Added a frag grenade to my arsenal.

Testing the neck area of my undersuit.

Yes sir. Padding on the chest, biceps, shoulders, elbows, knees and thighs/hips. Should make me look much bigger.

More test fitting and adding to the list of things to adjust before Friday.
