This time around im making a Hezenlord for myself and a buddy of mine. heres what i have in progress now. helmet is modelled by our own Nintendstroid.

Amazing! That is some serious, super smooth detailing on that helmet. How do you get your edges and curves that smooth?

Well that would explain it lol. I saw the chest piece and assumed the helmet was EVA foam as well.

Looks absolutely fantastic! Facade of the Hezen Lords is absolutely my favorite Warlock helmet, it looks so dope.

end up making a new chest piece due to it size. the original pepakura ratio is sooo big .

Thanks for sharing! On the pepakura file, there are a few items set off of the printable area, was there a reason for this?

you wont need those .any unused are thrown away to the top side.
