After a long process of hand painting, I finally have the front bucket design finished and painted. I am surprised how well it turned out but am loving the end result! (Also couldn't resist throwing "405th" as the regiment marking)

The labels? As in the marking on the front of the chest?

Well, originally i made the design on paint, then printed it out and cut it to shape of the front plate of the chest. Then i drew around the outline of the image onto the plate itself with a art pen. Then i free handed the shapes and the details.
Then it was just all about layers. Starting with base colours and slowly working my way up to the shading colours. The skulls as an example are about five different shades of colour from shadows and highlights.

did you use like, masking tape and spray paint, or just like, paint? that looks like spray paint, which is really awesome

Nope! No tape or spray guns were used. Like all of my creations it's all hand painted with a series of different brushes.

This is one of the best paintwork I seen:thumbsup...no rough edges or anything...It looks like you just tattooed the paper to the armor...

Hey thanks guys!
After having a few days off from the crafting I couldn't help but suit up and wield the unfinished sniper rifle to see how it all looked, fitted and felt. I know the sniper barrel is drooping in a couple of pictures but that`ll be sorted out soon enough.

Hehe, I spent many years playing and painting warhammer, so it's a well honed skill. The pants are baggy as hell but are just stand-ins
