How would I fit these to myself? (ODST)

Okay. So I've never built anything from EVA foam. This is gonna be a first and I expect mistakes. I'm pretty sure I know the tools I need but I have no idea how I would make these files: http://www.405th.com/file-archive.php?categoryid=253 into a fitting size for me. Hey what up bro. what I do is I take the pep files, print them out and then trace them onto the foam. I cut off the little flaps and stuff a that you would use to glue the pieces together. I trace all the lines and stuff onto the piece of foam and then cut out the foam. I shape the piece by using a heat gun, by beveling the edges so that they have an edge when I glue them together. I feel like I'm not making sense. Tell u what, check out these youtube channels they'll teach you almost everything you need to know about foam crafting.
