alright yall, this is evillord363. a long time ago when i was just a we kindling i tried my hand at ODST pep, but now that i am older i am attempting once again halo armor. this time spartan fred. now a little insight, this is my first time working with foam, and my edges are atrocious, but worry not, as i will attempt to go over with a sander and filler etc etc. im using pep files from diff sources, and have edited some things to make it FRED. since his armor is just upgraded spartan VI armor.

Lookin good man. Love how you pulled off the helmet. Got plans to paint over it? Would help hiding all the glue spots.

yes, i plan on using some filler to smooth it out and the rough edges i am going to dremel. thank you all for the support, i will post more updates soon. currently i am 80% done with the shins, and 50% done with the thigh peices.

Dang this is awesome! This freehanded work is great. For my next suit I'm going to be working on Fred also! I'm definitely keeps tabs on this post.

thanks all, a little update! i have gotten my thighs 80% done minus magnets and details, and i finished shins and forearms as well! my calves are too big for them so i am going to add elastic strapping to the back and some buckles . ab/groin plate, gloves and shoes are next! will start work on the visor as well! for the undersuit i plan on purchasing a kit from a user on this forum, as well as a magnum and a battle rifle!

thank you all! i have a lot of free time after i get off work so i put my time into it! currently i am putting in small details and making the knee plates. next will be boots and gloves. i purchased some silicon calk and plastidip for my next step.

been a while guys, but i have an update. so i got everything filled and sanded, and now plasti dipped, the front chest is currently in plasti dip phase and everything else is primed and ready for paint.
helmets messed up from trying flex seal on it, so i am currently waiting for headshot props to release his spartan freds helmet ! now i am going to be working on my back armor piece uising some magnets for the guns, buttplate and gloves.

MAJOR update!~ so things have been a little rough since winter is coming. but heres what i have done. the rest are done but the buttplate, back plate and gloves. the alignment on the back and front plate are off and the booster packs arent perfectly aligned due to my laziness and my first time working with foam. so heres what i have done as a preview, (paintjob wise)

It sucks than my work computer is so flipping old and restricted, I have to keep going back to my phone to view the pics. Looks great. Fred would be happy w/ it.
