Reach Recon Chest?

Is anyone aware of where to find a pep file of the recon chest from Reach? or has one just not been made yet?

If I remember correctly, isn't the Reach Recon chest just a bunch of soft pouches over the default Mk. V (B) chest?

yea, theres one or two on there that are hard-cases i think. It doesnt really matter all too much, I decided against using that chest piece
