How do i clean up the edges of my eva armor?

Im on my first real armor build and im at a loss of tactics. Meaning i dont know how to smooth out the sharp edges without sanding them round

If you very lightly take a dremel over it and don't press too hard, that should do it. I did that for mine.

You don't have to round the tip, it's possible to retain a point of you only do the edges leading to it. Anyway, it looks good for a first build!

you can use a belt sander and you can also use sandpaper

Its technically a second but the first was a completely failure... but i lerned from it!

Dremel........ also any open gaps, fill w/ pain-table caulk.

Yeah, I was going to say, your edges look quite good to me!
