Hi there,
my name is Kevin I am from germany and working on an ODST Foam Armor. I use the foam files from the file archive but got a little problem with the knee guard. This is my first time working with foam (I am only used to work with steel) and yes I watched tutorial videos but my edges aren´t that clean etc. Pics below.

What kind of cutting tool are using to cut the foam?

when working with foam i use a break away blade knife and xacto and do one line then do multiple passes one the line or a foam cutter that can do 45 and 90 degree cuts
