Foam's all there is. You're more than welcome to unfold the files for Pepakura yourself, though.

I can't 3d model. I find unfolding very difficult.

So does everyone, at first. If a file isn't available, why not learn to create it yourself?

But there is already a .pdo file, just unfolded for foam - that means you just have to unfold it again for paper, right?

I unfolded the helmet for pep, but I don't know how to post the .pdo. If you send me your email in a message I can send you my file.

Looks like you're using the old Medium Definition files - the HD files are a lot cleaner and easier to put together. A small amount of knowledge with 3D modelling tools will enable you to clean up any problems the models might otherwise have, but otherwise it's a relatively simple job.
