Where can I find a visor for my helmet? I do not want to buy a pre made one because it might not fit correctly. I've tried etsy and it seems they are sold out of them. (The flexible metallic visors by IconProps). I was wondering if anyone knows of somewhere else to find something like that. Thanks!

I've used several of these so far for my helmets. Cheap visors, great visibility, and your face can't be seen thru it.

That helmet are you building? If it is a flat lens, you can get away with a motorcycle visor. If there a number of curves and contours to the lens, you will have to vacuform your own visor, or purchase one.

I would suggest dping a little more reading. There are a ton of threads on this subject, including how to construct your own vacuforming machine.

I can't remember the name right now, but you could use transparent worbla or something like that, but you just heat it with a heat gun and becomes moldable.

Nevermind. Just remembered that you're vision becomes distorted with it.
