Looking for Mass Effect Armor Template

Hello, I am interested in creating my first costume for cosplaying. My goal is to create some armor similar to the box cover of Male Shepard in Mass Effect using EVA form. I've done some searching but I can't find any blue prints. I've found some info that someone name Narayas had some blue prints but their blog with this info has been taken down.

If anyone knows of any templates or has some advice please let me know.
