I'm attempting at using JF Custom's foam files for Capt Rex. I've been at it since around July 28th so far. I've got the chest, pauldron, abdomen, codpiece, belt, and both arms done except for painting. This will be my first attempt at doing a helmet with foam. I'm hoping to be completed before the winter so that I won't have an issue with painting. I'm also going to make the DC-17 blaster pistols out of foam or something else.

Back of the chest. You can see alot of the glue and seams but all that will go away with detailing.
