Join the main 405th page, there are no requirements for that. Each regional page is for members of the forum here who have signed up and belong to a regiment (thus why they would need proof of who you are on the forum here, so they can let you in). The regional pages are specifically for members of that region to discuss events, meet-ups, etc.
