This was @ Japan Expo/Comic Con France in Paris, France (July 1st -4th)
The Guy in the Xenomorph is a friend of mine
The pic was taken at our booth (Stargate)
Too bad we don't have a pic from the public at that time; there was so much public taking pics, that the passage, in front of the booth, was blocked.

I see some Star Wars stuff in here, cool! I've got three sets of armor right now. All of them were purchased in kit form, then built and painted/weathered by me. I had help on the sandtrooper as it was my first armor set but pretty much did everything on the other two.
ODST: Yep, the chest is a little askew. That was about six months ago, before I figured out how to tie it down better. I have better pics from Dragon Con but I can't get them on here until I get access to my personal computer.

I also do a lot of dumb - but fun - stuff, especially in the Sandtrooper. I've been on any ride that I could get on with it (including hitting Star Tours, Tower of Terror, and the whole park in full armor at Celebration V) and have pretty much lived in it the last year. Don't want to clog this thread up with too many pics, but to post one: "Pool Trooper" was born at con one day this summer.
