I like the inflatable idea a lot. Or liquid filled, which could double as cooling (so could air, but liquid could work better on this part). If it popped, you'd be seriously boned though.
I use this stuff a lot, and it works great as padding, and not just in helmets. For a cheaper solution, I've used those gel wrist-rests you use for computer mice. But that military stuff looks pretty sweet too, I need to check that out.
Absolutely amazing. The only thing I can really see that you might want to work on is trimming up around the three round finger guards, the base material sticks out a bit too much. But these are definitely the best gloves I've seen here, good job.
