Where would you suggest getting poly. resin nearby? lowes, walmart, advanced auto and k-mart are my choices that are big name brand.

to reinforce it you can try fiberglassing it. maybe bondo aswell? if all else fails just coat it in packing tape then paint it well. just be careful with the tape and not bend it or leave air bubbles.

I wasn't sure if the fiberglass would weaken the card stock/cardboard underneath or not. Time to go back to cutting and gluing things.

well to make an ODST with the MJOLNIR helmet start you would need to clip out the visor, and lengthen the face plate, remove the flat surfaces for light's on each side and blam ODST. Feet first into hell. :wink:

Would it be possible to make a pepakura style suit then cover it with fiberglass and or bondo? I know it would be alot of work but my artistic skills are fairly .... well they suck. Thank you.
