That visor was vacuum formed, mate. If you want a visor like that, you'll have to make the shape of it and vacuum form it with clear plastic.

That's quite exceptional mate. Don't worry about the pepping either, the Rookie helmet is nice, but it is indeed a pain to pep. :D What's your helmet scaled as?

I don't believe so. You should download the full Pepakura. It's free and it offers a lot of benefits.

Carpathiavh99 is correct. I think you have to do the same for the shins and soldiers. I'm not sure though. I don't think it makes a difference with those two, but it wouldn't hurt.
