It's going pretty well actually, and I finally got that piece to stop warping. Oddly enough, I'm wanting to make an Emile helmet now, but I'll still be doing some progress on the Noble Six Helmet.

Hello mate. I was wondering if I could request an Emile helmet. I don't want to be "that guy", but I found out after pepping Chevysrule's model, that the helmet is slightly narrow. It's a good model nonetheless. I provided a picture for reference. I know it's one of the concept models, but...

I was leaving outside to cure, and that may have been a problem. I'll build wind barriers, and I will indeed use Brandons unfold.

I tried your method McClain. I made the base part stiff with cardboard, but when I tried to assemble the pieces, they wouldn't reach all the way, and subsequently they warped themselves and tore a little. I must be doing something horribly wrong, because I just can't seem to get this right.

I'm using Ral Partha's unfold which is great, and I'm able to pep everything else besides that one part. I don't have a camera, I really regret it, but I can accent the parts that are warping. The red lines accent an inward warp. @Brandon McClain I'll make some cardboard supports and see...
