I have been using jesmonite for mine. i am in the process of smoothing my helmet and have fibre glassed the arms. the jesmonite does add some weight but not a great deal it is actually the fibreglass that adds the most weight.

thnx i was going to redo the helmet any way because it is to big the only reason i'm going to finish it is because of the practice it can offer to me.
