Thanks guys. I was also told to try using a special type of clothe. Whats the cloth called? Someone also told me to heat oil into a hundred and ten degrees and dip the whole oil clay inside wear special gloves to prevent burning. It still sounds scary. It suppose to.soften the clay more...

Thanks but does anyone know how to smooth the oil clay? I trird alcohol, hot water, and various tools. What.am I doing wrong?

You can actually make a really good duck tape dummy and it can turn out pretty accurate.. just google Duck tape Dummy and you can find a lot of tutorials on site. Its more cost effective. And i think I am just going to try and constructed it from scratch. Lol.. I hope this thread doesn't get...

Okay... Quick,update. I'm going to make a duck tape dummy of,my self and then start on my built again. This time I decided foam is the best option. instead of pep files its going to do it custom so I think it will look much better amd more form fitting

I think this is pretty epic.. and i am going to start on my.. as soon as more tutorial video is up. My main question is how to smooth out the gaps and details of foam before painting it... it would be great if someone can let me know, ^^

Ahhh..I see.. but what about making the foam armor more durable? Do you ahve to coat it with resin on top?

Mcrespawn: I had to mod it a lot to fit me.. The normal prep files don't fit, I had to adjust it a lot to make it fit. If you read my other post you'll see I am actually redoing my whole armor in foam. lol
