I was finally able to get enough time to finish the helmet. It's Belakor's recon helmet with smoothing and new unfold done by Macattack64. The original scale had it at 29 cm long, but I upped it to 33 cm. I'm still deciding on whether I'm going to pep out the full suit and then start the next...

So I started a project last year, but had to put it on the back burner for a while. I had a pepped and rondo'd helmet, and a pepped chest piece somewhere, but the gremlins have since hidden them from me, so I've decided to start from scratch. As of today, I've got L3X's V2 torso fully pepped...

Got some progress to update. Sanded the helmet, but I found some spots I missed, so I'll have to re-bondo and sand again. Unfortunately, I forgot to scale the chest piece, so I'm starting that agian. I've got all the pieces ready to be pepped, but that seems to take a while for me. Until then...

I like the hot glue because it's so quick and fixable for a first-timer like myself. How long does Aleene's take to dry?

Got the helmet rondo'd. I had to work late today, so the chest still isn't finished The rondo was a little thicker than I would have liked, but for my first time rondoing I thought it turned out fairly well. More resin next time.

Take as long as you need. I'd rather see something awesome that took a while, than something that was rushed Looking forward to this alot.
