    I use a dremel and a sanding block with multiple grades of sandpaper. As far as foam... just jump in and figure it out! Thats what I did... it only looks intimidating, it isnt that bad. Study the pieces, make a plan. Then cut them out, restudy them and reform the plan and just start putting...

    Hey most of the pep files area available in .obj format. I can collect them and send them to you if youd like. Im not sure that qualifies for a set of armor, lol, but Ill help you out. Just let me know which files you need. Also, if you ever sell plastic armor, let me know!

    Foam confusion >:(

    Thats the same foam I used too. Its thick enough that its almost like impact armor. I love it.

    What can I use to seal and harden pink foam?

    I use Clear Seal, by Liquid Nails. You can get it at WalMart. Its pretty cheap, you wipe it on with a bondo spreader, let it dry and paint it. Its rubbery so you cant sand it, but its great for paint and filling gaps.
