    Nearly finished with the build. Visor opens and stays in place in both positions with rare earth magnets. Eyes have blue LEDs inside and when my son is finally suited up I'll post a last round of pics, assuming I don't run out of storage space on here.

    WIP progress update...Chest piece came out of the mold fine. Molding first thigh piece, shin pieces molded. Helmet, shoulder bells, abdominal, back armor, other thigh ready to be molded. Cod piece still being shaped. Also, the arc reactor is under way.
