Hey all :) I've just finished my Thomas helmet, and it's just in time for Halloween! Yessss... I didn't have the money to get it chromed, or even buy some of the more expensive chrome paint, so I decided to go for a brushed metal look, because I didn't really like the plain silver all that...

I'm doing the Guy-man helmet, and instead of bondo I'm using a combination of plaster and paper clay. Both are far cheaper and easier to work with than bondo, though they're not as strong. We'll see what happens when I try to vacuum form with it :) ~Bane

I didn't simplify it or join any faces. It fits together just fine, even though it is complicated! Expect to spend around 5-6 hours putting it together though :) ~Bane

Hey everyone, new here, and to Papercraft in general. It's pretty fun! I've made the Guy-Man V2 helmet, and would just like to give some advice and info I've gleaned from my sizing trial-and-error. First, I'll say that if you're planning to make this helmet, you definitely need to scale it...
