It looks like spitfire is using cardstock which is just a thicker variation of paper. It is what many of us 405th members use to get a high detail that is sturdy enough to hold its shape but isnt to stiff to where you cant work with it. Cardboard from what i have read is used mainly for sliced...

if anything it could just be warped a bit because the rest of the helmet isnt done and it just may need the rest of the helmet to pull it back into shape
would you have to harden each piece individually first? How would you make the pieces one after they have been hardened? or would you just pep them together (like just have it all cardstock and glued together so its one piece) then harden it? it seems to me though that if you did it that way...
hahaha no problem! I was just thinking if somebody really wanted to go all out for game accuracy! I know for me that I like a lot of detail however everything for me is going to be inverted on pep designer to make this a left handed gun.
